17.6 miles in 2:29:20. The first 5 miles sucked since my calves felt like rocks. After that I was okay. I am glad I toughed it out.

nice Eric. Way to start off the new year right.
Me 2.268 slow easy miles 2314
really sluggish, but anything right now is better than a 0. I wanted to at least start the new year with something in the bank

6 miles in 1.04. I went down a side road that I had not run on before. Nice quiet (but very hilly) side road that I will add to my routes.
I am not going to try and seek out the more level surfaces. If I run around my neighborhood, I'll just run the hills.
It was also 55 degrees F here. I ran in shorts! Not bad for January in Ohio.

4 miles 29:41
6:59
6:52
7:58
7:53
Average pace 7:25
First run in a week. I've been sick (again) so I couldn't keep up the 7ish pace. Kinda bummed on running right now, but at least I got something to start the year.
