My roomie and i where talking about the "Beauty and the Geek" and i refered to a part time skater we had here a few years ago. gorgeous woman, but lacking upstairs a bit. I told him talking to her was lik a satelite conversation, he looked at me quizically and asked what i meant. I told him, " it takes 3-5 seconds before the reciever translates, understands, and replies.." While he thought the analogy was hysterical, he told me i was "brutal" which of cource then made me think of the quilting forum but that another story.
