I can't use the store bought anymore. I make my own all the time. I make balsamic vinaigrette. I make raspberry vinaigrette. Then I make just whatever I can come up with. Today I made a vinaigrette with olive oil, cider vinegar, a little sugar, some onion mustard, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. I just can't go back to the prepackaged stuff now!

Me too, keltic. My favorite is balsamic vinaigrette, but I've really gotten in to buying different kinds of vinegar and experimenting. A new favorite is sherry vinegar, and it makes a great vinaigrette with olive oil.

i never use bottled dressing. best kind is just plain old olive oil with salt and pepper. sometimes i hit it with the balsamic vinegar.

I rarely buy bottled either, I hate the low fat ones because they are full of sugar and the regular kind are too heavy. That mustardy one sounds good......

And since when did Irishmen start wearing kilts? I thought that was a Scottish thing???

Yes, please enlighten us, keltic!

But, more importantly, do you have a good recipe for raspberry vinaigrette?
