I had a nice run in with a cockroach last night:
I was getting ready for bed and opened my medicine cabinet. Cockroach jumps out and onto the floor and starts lookin for a hiding spot. I screamed like a little girl.
After a few minutes of avoiding cardiac arrest, I cornered and killed it with a magazine. Scooped it up and tossed it into the toilet.
Fast forward to the middle of the night: Got up around 2am to use the bathroom. Lifted the lid ---> saw cockroach (never flushed it). Screamed like a little girl again.
Fell asleep again aroung 5am.
I f'ing hate coackroaches.

Do you remember that made-for-TV movie in the late 70s, early 80s called Tarantula? Where the whole town got invaded and eventually ensnared in the spider web?

how big is "freakin huge" can you saddle them and ride them out the front door?
i usually catch and release house bugs, especially those huge hairy spiders cuz whacking one of them with a magazine -- you may as well be whacking a mole with a shovel. no thanks.
