Since we're on the subject of being pissed off at work...
DO I NEED TO BABYSIT seemingly competent people? If someone tells me that they will do something, I count on them to doit!
Geez freakin Louise... So a guy did a photo shoot for me last Wednesday for a marketing piece that needed images. As we wrapped up I asked when the files would go to the designer (all collegues, mind you). He said, "I'll go back to my desk to check them and send them right to Dave". Dave copied me on an email today asking wher the images are.
I hate the concept of micromanaging a process (or people, heh heh) but with this guy I will from now on. He will see my face frequently to ask about projects as well as emails and voice messages. I will be his worst babysitting nightmare. Word.
