I think that like in every other activity, there are people who are enthusiastic and who avid. It’s nothing bad. But if they start exaggerating and avoiding all other segments of their life, that can really be a problem. I also think that’s completely unhealthy, because any sports activity should be practiced moderately. The fact that health experts insist on everyday exercising doesn’t mean that you should not stop exercising. I know that sometimes ankles can be damaged when extensive exercising is practiced. So, we should all stick to that old saying – moderation in all things. This should refer also to professional athletes, but since money is a very powerful thing, they all want to be the best and spend hours and days exercising.
