I’ll be visiting relatives in New Jersey next month. I’ll be staying there for about two weeks and since I have a very strict running routine which I don’t want to give up no matter what, I’d like to know where to run in New Jersey. My relatives are busy and I don’t think they practice any sports activity, so I’ll be on my own when it comes to running.

New Jersey has numerous parks and I’m sure you’ll find yourself a nice place to run there. I’ve heard about Delaware & Raritarian Canal State Park. It’s a famous recreational spot and many people go there in order to practice jogging, canoeing and various sports activities. This stretch of greenery is 35 miles long and you can run through different portions every day, in order to make it more interesting. A friend who lives there told me that the most attractive part of the area is near the lake. That’s where you’ll find most runners. This park belongs to National Recreational Trail System. The only thing that you should check out is working time, because I think that it’s only open till 8 o’clock in the evening.
