Has anyone gotten a rash/irritation on the area under their arm near their Latissimus Dorsi and into the tricep area? It sure feels like I got it today during my long run? I guess I might need to start coating my whole body in Vaseline so I stop rubbing body parts together.

Ok, off with the shirt and let us have a look. Mr. Green Ok, seriously I used to get the same rash/raw patch in that same spot from my sport bra rubbing when I would move my arms while running. Body Glide was the only thing that hepled. Have you tried it?

I will see about the picture of my back! Mr. Green , I haven't tried body glide yet. I use Vaseline just because I have it handy. I was actually running with a Shirt on Saturday Morning but the tank was cut low enough that I don't think that was the problem. I am guessing I am running to tense or something.

Not my hands but my quads. They get so red and raw they hurt for a day.

Body glide ROCKS! They also have a roll-on product out (not sure if it's BG brand) but my husband likes it's texture better.
