Well drats. It's the same weekend as the Myrtle Beach marathon/half and I'm already registered with a hotel room there.
If for some reason I decide not to go to MB, I'll be there. Nice to see the race back.

i just put into the skating governing body about trying to get us a venue there too. a 10K would take maybe 45 minutes for the SLOWEST skater. what's the terrain like?

It's very slightly rolling. You can almost say flat but not quite.

The hills are long, but not too steep. There's only one that's kinda steep, but it's doable.

that would be great for trying to expand the skating races then. I gave the powers that be the nudge so hopefully there will be a new race.
