in Greensburg PA windy and cool, humid and only spitting a few drops of rain. this course runs through town and includes one pretty sizable hill. for me:
A New PR of 24:26
Krispy Kreme Donuts as refreshments
poor time keeping service, they had trouble determining some of the winners in age groups. 1st place winner had a time of 14:59

get an age group category in a small race, take a week off, then put in more miles in one week than I've done all year. that seems to be the magic formula for this race.
