Today during a run/walk (run 3 min/walk 2, for 3 miles), my right arm went completely numb half way through. My heart rate was pretty high (189). I finished my workout and my arm is still a bit numb.
Thoughts?

If it was your left arm, I would be concerned. As for the right, it may be something with the Ulna Nerve. If it continues I would consult an orthopedist.

could it be related to your accident? pinched nerve somewhere?
i'd probably go to a doctor now instead of waiting on it to happen again.
