So, you're gonna want to make sure you have those players in your line up before they are ineligible for the first game.

so this thing is a big deal?
some people in my lab are doing it and when they had the draft(?), two of the guys had 3 laptops set up, plus the other 3 computers in the lab all set to do their picks.
the new student from italy was as amazed as i was to see this.
so whats the big hoopla about?
hehe, i got to use the word hoopla!

Well, what it does, is...
takes football fans, and makes them into super fans. FF allows the players to draft actual players in the NFL on to their own teams. Then, if that person performs well for his team, they also perform well for your team.
That's why you see people watching games that they have absolutely no interest in otherwise, except for their running back to get 100 yards and a couple of TD's.
It's really one of the greatest marketing ploys for selling a sport that I have ever seen.
Football seems to be the #1 fantasy game going. Because they only have one game a week. Basketball, Hockey, and baseball, all have leagues too, but they haven't taken off like football.
