Since our riff-raff bud and friend Keith (Scorch99) had been to Thailand recently, we thought a Thai feast, consisting of hot and sour lemongrass, shrimp, and wild mushroom soup, spicy/sweet glazed ribs, Thai Beef salad, fresh snow peas, and sh%itake and straw ear mushrooms and bean sprouts sauteed with a mild Szeuchan (OK, I cheated there!), and Thai peanut spicy satay chicken wings was in order for his visit last weekend.
Thai food and champagne = this.
Here is the aftermath. Keith is so full he can't fit into the photo and so was I!
(Just Kidding, Keith!  )

Seriously, we had a great time at the beach, eating, celebrating our move...

Edited to add that whenever I type shi$ake, it comes up as poop so I changed it.

Yes, she does! We are both going to miss her so much when we leave (although she has a permanent guest room, first priority, at Casa el KT.)
