STARTS MONDAY JANUARY 23rd
'before' & 'after' pictures will be posted at the end.
we will engage in a fun game of "guess those abs" before the winners are chosen.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICS
Take Picture.
Save Picture.
Wait until we figure out where we will host said pictures.
We will let you know when to send us your picture.

winners shall be chosen for Two Categories: Best Abs & Most Improved Abs

Men's Health ran a contest like this... gave away a really nice car to the winner.
i'm all for making it a campaign. although i know some people might be sensitive to posting pics - i'm not sure how to do it without excluding people.
any thoughts?

Based on the smashing success of the pecs contest, I'm guessing that you'll have just enough entries to do an overall winner.
