ends friday march 24!!
we are almost at the two month mark! ...i know february only had 28 days... but deal with it.
so the contest ends on the 24th... some people need a few days to steal a camera - so pics will go up as soon as i get them all.
instructions for pics
1) Host your picture on photodump - or similar site DO NOT POST THE LINK! 
2) PM me the link 
3) i will post them all at once
if you can't figure out how to host it or something, PM me and i'll send you my e-mail address. you can send it to me there. 
once all the pics are together we will post them and have our vote for Best Abs and Most Improved, and any spontaneous awards our wits create (ie. most likely to oil up and pick up hot babes at the beach).

I quit.
PH banned me for a month and I was so depressed that i ate a gallon of ice cream each and every day and gained 9o lbs.
