I would like to know how you cope with the wind. In my area we have a plenty of windy days. If I miss a workout every day that wind blows I would spend most of the year at home. On the other hand I am not able to reach good speed with wind blowing in my face. What do you think about riding in wind?

When you are talking about speed, how do you go when the wind is blowing in your back? I bet you are breaking your personal records all the time. So sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, so to speak. Don’t worry about the speed. You just have to do the best you can. Nobody can reach top speed when pushing against the force of the strong wind. Not even the best of the pros can do that. You just have to focus on the ride. If you want to measure your speed then you have to do it on calm days. Otherwise the figure you get won’t be real.
