I have a busy schedule and come home late. When I am home I am always having trouble to decide whether to have dinner and go and ride a bike or the other way around. I am not sure which one is better for my health. What do you think should I ride a bike before or after dinner?

Well, it depends on the type of ride. If you are going to ride your bike vigorously at top speed, then you should ride your bike before dinner. On the other hand if you are to ride leisurely and slowly then having your dinner prior to that would be OK. It would even help you digest your food faster and expend more calories. If you are going to ride at top speed and have your dinner afterwards you can consider taking a protein bar or carb drink immediately before the ride. It will provide you with some carbs and small amount of protein needed for your effort.
