My wife and I just got these, and I must say that it's a great little id bracelet. You can wear it on the arm or ankle, and the "original" model can be laced onto your shoe laces.
I have the Snap Lid model, which has a water-resistant compartment that holds tearproof (and waterproof, I think) paper that you put your contact and medical information on.
It's really small, very comfortable to wear, and was very inexpensive -- $10.
They come in a variety of colors, and they can be ordered with the MedicAlert symbol on the face of it as well.
This is the best $10 I've spent for a very long time.
