sux.

It really does.

So here I am, trying to fit into the management role that I have been given 3 weeks ago or so... and I struggle with it (I need to take some management classes I guess) and then I get this phone call....

My boss put me on the Compliance Committee for the Bank to represent the entire commercial lending division.

Oh, and I'm to be involved in some sort of committee that is in charge of keeping BanK Employee Benefits compeditive with other institutions and shops for the best pricing.

And now.................. I have to teach a 2 hour class once a week on business tax returns.

Responsibiltiy is difficult when it's not tempered with any break of any kind.

Remember to do stuff that's fun and wacky to keep your sanity.

*If you follow this advice, let me know. I have yet to do it. Sad

They are cute, so I've been trying. I'm thinking the department picnic should be at a hash.

Shame on you, wtr!

You should know that in the boss-employee relationship, the ideal boss motivates. Inspires. Leads by example.

In other words, the ideal boss is someone the employees want to look up.... oh....

Only mentally, as far as I know. I've never checked anywhere else, but I suspect he might be based on his attitude.... Twisted Evil
