On a serious note: our daughter used to have the same problem. When she went to GS camp we always had to send over several laxatives, stool softeners etc etc.

One thing that helped was using a bread machine and making whole grain breads that she would eat - these seemed to help a lot.

Oh yeah, all silliness aside, when my nephew had the same issue as a kid the doctor sent my sister home with some suppositories for him. It only took one time going thru that - he grew out of his crapping issues in a big hurry.
