Will you buy them?

Have you bought any?

Did you have good luck with what you bought?

What items would you consider buying refurbished? What wouldn't you buy?

Really curious on this issue, as a lot of really neat things that would be out of my price range--once refurbished are in my price range and they have warranties.

What do you think?

Never bought any refurbished stuff. I would buy though. You can generally get good deals on refurbed stuff.

I would buy almost anything if the price was right.

compgeeks.com sells lots of refurb computer stuff at really good prices. I've bought a few computers and a digital camera from them that all work well.

Our regular rug shampoer was refurbed and does an okay job. I borrow the heavy duty one when I went a large area done though.

Not much else though.

I just got a great refurbished laptop computer from computergeeks.com (forgive me, pH)

My two prior computers were also refurbs, one from Compaq itself and I'm not sure on the other.
I've also gotten a refurbished vcr, cd player and I'm sure other things. Heartland is a good place for general electronics that are refurbished.

I've always had good luck and they are SO much cheaper.

FYI, compgeeks.com and http://computergeeks.com/ are the same place.
