When I run, it looks like my knees are sunburned. I never thought much about it until a few other people asked me about it. My knees get red, nothing hurts, I have no problems with my knees, they just turn red. is it because the blood is flowing through them more as I'm running?

I get the same thing, I always figured it was due to exposure to wind or something Confused

Now you got me curious.
