I seriously need to look into becoming more flexible. Anyone got any suggestions for a tape/DVD that I can follow along to at home. Classes are pretty much out of the question. My schedule is too tight to make room for that.

I've used the Yoga Journal tapes for years now... they have a bunch of different ones, you can start for beginners, and they are the best I've seen, and you won't believe how different you feel when you are doing yoga regularly. It's incredible. Good luck!

Do it...I love Yoga! It's a great stress reliever as well as making you more flexible. I find little aches and pains are not as frequent since I've been doing it regularly. It's awesome the day after your long run.
