if you're looking for a duo that ROCKS your friggin face off, check this band out. death from above 1979...
i think they were on leno/letterman/or conan just recently... the drummer sings, and then the show's drummer jumped in for the rest of the song and he just song.
either way - it is freiken GOOD.
..although i'm sure most of you will hate it. but the riffs and drum beats keep you moving.
it would be great running music.

The Arcade Fire has like 9 people in the band or something... they go back and forth with a male and female vocalist as well, and pretty have like mini-symphonys in their songs .. i dunno it's good.

controlle.controlle is supposed to be really good as well.
if you search for "New Music Canada" a website will come up, they are under alt rock i think
