Or, the new trend, the drivers who are doing ewverything fine, 'cept they have their flashers on. Not just the turn signal for the next 75 miles, but the flashers going.

(1) Good to hear you go with the flow! 
(2) Here's the solution: if you're in the farthest right lane (okay, insert politically-inspired jokes here) and they're still on your butt? And they won't pass on the left? Drive even slower. It might induce them to pass you. Or, it might incite road rage. I'm not sure which. Better yet, get out of Phoenix.
And passing on the right is permitted in Ohio. You can check the Ohio Revised Code. I did.
