We do raw supper every once in a while, but never ever in fall or winter, too cold... I'm gonna miss it.

Here come stews, chili, large pots of steaming whatever!

Raw supper, like salads and bread and wine, or BLT (hold the B!) and cole slaw, etc. No cooking.

Grrrroooooosssssss.....raw B!!! Yechhh......
Raw is nice for summer when it is too hot to cook, but I really prefer those big steaming pots of stew and soup and chili and nice comforting casseroles.....slurp slurp!

Hey, did you ever try the soy "bacon" and "sausage" for vegetarians? If you used to like pork ever they are really not that bad. I myself use turkey bacon which gets nice and crispy due to the lower fat content. I HATE limp bacon.
