Looking for a fast time. Course is supposed to be flat.

I'm running in the World Famous Mud Run at Camp Pendleton in So Cal on Saturday...... 10K obstacle course with lots of mud 
I've run a few of races with the Marines on Camp Pendleton and they never fail to provide a challenging course along with a great time!

5k Friday night (7:45)
Flat and fast course with a net downhill in the first mile or so.
I'll be ecstatic if I break 18...
