Hypothetically
you're ordering t-shirts ahead of time for a road race and since most everyone is going to sign up on race day, what kind of breakdown on shirt sizes would you order?
XL 20%
L 30%
M 30%
S 20%

Probably would do more XL's. That is kinda of the standard size for most men these days and I would guess that would make up a majority of your race participants, no?

For a longer race likes yours (12k, isn't it?), you might not have the volume of entrants who are an XL. Just something to think about.

I'm kinda thinking that too because we lose the high-school & college kids with an autumn race, so it'll mostly be weekend warrior races. Plus we're going with long-sleeve dri-fit which is probably better to wear looser, ya think?
...not too mention, if there's going to be extra's I should prolly be sure they're my size since I'll be wearing them for the next 20-yrs

Good point. I will take a L, though.

If you have extras I can do a L for a dri-fit.

I don't know then? The cheaper the cotton, the larger people will purchase due to shrinking.
BTW. Gas it over $3 a gallon here. I won't be able to sign up for any stinkin' race to get any stinkin' shirt!!!
