Short version: 197 13/16 42:25 10:37pace 4 Mile race

Longer version:
The race is about 45 minutes away so I started off pretty early for a 10 am race. I picked up Andydp from his home at 8:15 or so, then we headed up to Lake George. It was a beautiful day, about 40 degrees and sunny. I registered, and still got a t-shirt. Mr. Green There was only about 200 racers (214 to be exact). The track teams were there cheering and bouncing about. The race started out uphill, levelled out, then went uphill somemore. Mile 3 felt like it was just about all uphill (longest time, all the times before then were right around 10 minute mile). Mile 4 was semi-downhill and flat. Tough race, but fun. They took pictures but haven't been posted yet. I'll try and update when they are posted.
Afterwards met RunsLikeAGirl. She's very tall. Shocked I felt quite short between her and Andydp. I had alot of fun. I think I only scared Andydp when I was driving a few times. Wink

I'm in the front in the yellow and blue jacket

Nice race, Mickey, and it was very nice to meet you. Perhaps I'll see you again at the Shamrock Shuffle!

It was nice to meet you too! I'm hoping to do the Shamrock Shuffle. Especially since it's supposed to be a nice flat race.
