I was wandering what is your RPE for 2x20s? I have had some high RPEs on my difficult days. It went up to 18. On other days it was down to 12-14. Should I train 2x20 on consecutive days or should I have rest days between them? I appreciate your info on this.

My RPE for 2x20 goes from 11-16. As for the training on consecutive days, the answer is yes if this is your only way of training. You should be able to train this way on consecutive days. Also I have noticed that I can usually push faster outside for the same (and even lower) RPE. I don’t know about you, but for me, riding outside is easiest. Riding on the rollers is a bit harder and riding on the trainer gives definitely the highest RPE.
