For those of you that wake up at 6 am or earlier... what time do you go to bed at night (or should I say afternoon )?

Minimum of 7 hours of sleep; bedtime and rise time adjust accordingly (bed at 11, up at 6, etc.).

I'm trying to take advantage of the time change to begin r*nning in the a.m. I get up at 5:30, and have been getting to bed around 10-10:30pm. I seem to be doing well this way.

I try to go to be around 10, but TV is just so good around that time. We have the DVR now, so that helps. I record QEFTSG, South Park...all the goodies that start at 10 & I watch them the next day during "Prime Time" when there's nothing good on. Rise & sun salute around 4 am. I know that's not enough sleep. I sleep hard on the weekends, which is a really bad habit. I've never had good sleeping habits, though.
