If you work out on your lunch hour or right after work, When removing a typical dress shirt do you:
A: Unbutton it completely and then take it off
B: Unbutton a couple of buttons and then pull it off over the head
C: What is a dress Shirt?
I unbutton a couple of buttons and then I pull it over my head.

My dress shirt typically is a polo shirt. I usually undo the bottom button

Oh, sorry. I thought that the subject meant that it was really for women to respond.
(I unbutton my blouses; I pull sweaters over my head... in case you were wondering.)

Since a true man of the world must be prepared for any eventuality, I have many years of experience in removing a shirt.
Wheter at home or at the gym its the same: Unbutton all the buttons of your dress shirt and hang it correctly on the hook. This is a DRESS shirt not a polo shirt (see below) If your shirt is so equipped use the "locker loop".
If you wear a polo shirt to work - unbutton two (or three) buttons and pull the polo shirt over your head. In my previous job, I wore mostly polo shirts and hit the gym before work.
I currently wear a t shirt to work so the answer to that one is obvious.

On a dress shirt, I usually unbutton just the top few and pull it over my head but I work out or if I can going to put it back on soon. For the hamper I always completely unbutton it.
On polo's I never button the top button so I just pull it off.
I tried the hulk hogan style but just wasn't strong enough!

I unbutton all the way.
I also make sure all shirts are right side out when going in the hamper. Yes, I do the laundry around these parts.
