I think delegation to a point is good, but my current boss likes to load us all down so that we've got to work massive overtime and then hightails right at 5:00p.

Besides being lots of fun and easy to work with, she has become a very good friend and mentor. I look forward to going to work every day. We spend probably an hour a day giggling.
