Going from Philly to Cape May. Ocean Drive Marathon on Sunday. The directions I'm getting are from the Ben Franklin to AC Expressway to GS Parkway. 55 is a more direct route but I havn't been on it in years. Isn't it a lot of local road (i.e. lights)? I can easily get to the Commodore Barry from West Chester and pick up 55; but, I'd rather use the route with the best driving time.

go Commo Barry to 322 W. Follow 322 w to 55 S. Takes you right into 47. At the GSP make a right, it will take you right into cape may.
you need more let me know, I have been to Cape May like 100 times.
(also have done ODM twice), be prepared for a lot of head wind all day. It is awful. A greatly supported race though

OK.
The weather pundits are calling for 40 and rain. On the bright side, I doubt if I'll overheat.
