Has anyone here attempted the really ornate ones?
Is there some sort of trick to this?

Yes we have. Get the pumpkin masters carving kit. Easy and awesome designs.

Yes we have. Get the pumpkin masters carving kit. Easy and awesome designs. |
Do you just tape astencil over the pumpkin or something?

Yeah. It's really easy with the tools they give you too.

good, cuz, I have no upper body strength so cutting through the pumpkin skin is a challenge for me.

My sister has used them with my kids last year. I was relegated to scooping duty...for reasons unknown
