Your pec pics presentation will be all on your own. Get into the fubbiness however you'd like. And if you only want to participate in Pecs Specs... go for it! |
I think I'll quietly continue to do my normal pec routine on the sidelines and  watch this one from afar....
after much thought there's really no decent way to present a 'family oriented' picture of my own pecs anyway... 
RR I'd GLADLY give you half of what I got...

You can participate in the 'specs only' part of the contest. Jrjo and I discussed the fact that not everyone is willing to snap pics of body parts and show them to the world.

I supose I'll do it. But I'm doing normal pushups not with my knees on the ground. So if you have a problem with that you'll have to take it up with my husband.
And the photo part...not so sure I'll be doing that. Who wants to see my flat chest anyways.

lol. um, how do you calculate your max bench? i don't even have a normal bench press, just a machine that's vertical...
this will coincide nicely with my free gym use at school, where i hope to abuse the chinup bar and bench press. oh, and when is the yankee turkey day? just so i can adjust my calender.

Turkey Day is Nov.27th. And as for the bench, I'm thinkin' the vertical stack on your machine should be fine, there's pounds/kilos labeled on there, no? Any expert lifter opinions out there? |
Jrjo, 200 lbs on a machine is nowhere near like doing 200 lbs on free weights - the machine is considerably easier.

I guess I'll participate but I'm just in it to maintain what I got. I don't need bigger pecs and I don't think my bench press is gonna go up much. I could work on the push-up thing though.....

All right!! No problem on the full push-ups. My pre-event "informal poll" made me believe the bent-knee push-ups were preferred among the wimmins, but looks like that's not the case. Whichever way you want to go ladies, that's fine by me.
