The short of it all is I pr'd for the 5 mile distance by 6 seconds.
6:24, 6:25, 6:54, 6:56, 6:55 were my splits, total time was 33:36 by my watch and 33:34 chip time. Placed 7th out of 34 in my age group. Overall 89th out of 434 runners.
It was a beautiful morning although slightly humid and a nice crowd of runners on hand.

I see those 6's and am just amazed. I had a fast 4 mile run last week in about the same time. So...you're bookin' it!
