Other than mysimon.com and froogle.com, what are some good price comparsion sites? I want to buy a new backpack and I'm too cheap to pay the $65 retail the The North Face is asking.

I have always had great luck with ebags.com. They're having a winter sale on backpacks now. You might want to try your local retailers as well. I got my Steve Madden oversized backpack at Macy's last fall for $8. Now they are getting rid of their inventory to make way for the spring stuff, so you might get a very good deal. There's also baggageforless.com.

I go about it a bit backwards. I'll get the manufacturer's ID off an item and run a google search and check prices that way.
Often you'll find a distributor instead of a retailer that will sell the product to you, and the prices are better.
