I like to cycle. I am doing it a whole year round. I was unable to ride during the second half of fall, winter and first part of spring because of harsh, cold winter. Snow blizzard, ice, subzero temperature don’t make the perfect cycling environment. So I bought a Home Trainer. How can I prevent boredom on Home Trainers?

Well, how do you prevent boredom riding outdoors? It is different for each one of us. I am daydreaming sometimes while working out on a home trainer. I turn on my CD player and bathe in music. You can set up a trainer in front of the TV or home cinema and watch your favorite show, movie or educational program. You can even save some time since you can do both of them together. Otherwise you would have to spare time off to watch TV plus time for cycling.
