Well, up until the day before, I wouldn't be too concerned with what you're eating... I mean, keep it healthy, but don't go too psycho w/ it. But the day before... starches, carbs, water... don't forget water... etc. There isn't a specific diet plan, but, make sure it's not too sugary. The day of... well, keep it limited. The 400's a puker's race, and you don't want to be throwing up acidy foods or drinks like oranges or orange juice... I heard that one hurts... but yeah, I think that covers it.
