ENTRY PROCEDURES
Entries & Fees: Each team will be limited to:
The entry fee will be $10.00 per competitor. Make checks payable to USATF Ozark Association
Entry Deadline: All entries must be received no later than Friday, July 1, 2005 on the official entry form . Please make copies if you need more forms.

Event day entries will be charged a $20.00 entry fee.
Final Declarations: All entries must be declared by Tuesday, July 5, 2005. on the FAX Declaration Form.
Seed Marks: Please list the athlete’s best performance from this season.
List field events in feet and inches.
Awards: Medals for the top three in each event
Eligibility: This is not a scoring meet. All competitors will be in the open division. Please call if you have any questions concerning meet eligibility.
Packets: Packets may be picked up at the scorer’s table prior to the start of the meet.
Inspection of Field Equipment:
(1) All throwing implements must be weighed and checked at the scorers table by the Head Weight & Measures Judge. Weigh in will be from 8:30-9:30am.
(2) No throwing implements may be used without the official markings.
(3) All implements that are found to be non-regulation will be impounded until the completion of the event.
Results: Results will be available as soon as possible following the meet. If you need to leave prior to the completion of the meet, complete results will be available through our online website. Please call (618) 463-0295.
