August 18th - Lake Lanier triathlon (if I can convince myself I can swim a mile. The bike and run are in the bag)

October 12th - Run the Reagan Half marathon. which, by the way, would make for a good runningforums.com get together because it's within a few miles of my house. hint, hint!

Who's your adoptee?? Did you get them a Posse membership? Wink

Not sure yet.....recovery is taking longer than expected, and with upcoming surgery in Sept I am sure the PDR is out.

Hopefully:

Kimberton 5K (I was 3rd in the Athena division last year here) Oct 5
Ursinus Bear Pack 5K Oct 12
Evansburg 5K or 10 mile trail run, depending on recovery Oct 27
Rothman 8K Nov 24
probably Brian's Run 10K Dec 7 or 8 (I think-site not updated yet)

Brian's was our first Posse event ever in 2000 and I am hoping to get the gang together--there's a 5K and 10K....it's in West Chester so you Delco guys better be there!!!!! It's a hilly run from hell though.

Long term:

Motorola Marathon, Austin TX Feb 2003 hoping to run the 2 man with AlaninTX
Myrtle Beach Marathon Feb 2003 10 mile relay leg
Caesar Rodney Half Marathon March 2003 (got a score to settle with a marshall there from this year)
Runner's World Half Marathon April 2003-another must-do Posse event!

and last but not least...THE FULL MONTY....Madison Mad City Marathon 2003 (Memorial Day W/E)

after that we shall see if I still have legs.
