That's kind of centrally located for Thegman (can you run yet?), GARebelrunner and sonnylax (will you be able to run by then?). Not too far for HYPER (if you live near Hwy 7Cool.

What's the interest level? It's in the afternoon if that makes it easier on anyone.

I doubt i'll be doing this one. Sunday is normally a recovery skate day for me. plus social skating in the park.

Probably a little early for me. But maybe I will get a little feisty and push my time table up a little. I have a follow-up Doctor's Appt in early March. We will see. Neutral

This is 30 seconds from my home.

I should be able to do this, although I'm not working on speed whatsoever. I'm still trying to condition myself to how long I can run w/o pain.

I will know on Monday if I will be in Costa Rica that week. If I'm not, I'm up for it.

I'm out for this race.

After my follow-up appt yesterday, I've decided to wait another 2 months to do anything. My knee is getting stronger, but I want to recheck it then. Surgery is an outside option at that point.
