Actually, just a transfer. 
My assistant coach, is the 7-12 PE and Health teacher for the District. She has recently become engaged, and planned to get married in June. Her future Hubby lives over an hour away, and she is planning on moving.
I have already been asked by her, and by her boss if I would be interested in taking her position. This would raise me to full time, I'd get full time benefits, instead of 3/5ths. I wouldn't have to sub. I'd still be teaching PE. I'd be working in the newest building in the District(it was finished last spring). And...I wouldn't have to work with elementary teachers!
Nothing is final, until she actually signs her resignation. But once that is done, I will be offered the position.
Cool! My salary is going up by almost $10,000 because my assistant is getting married.
