I have powdered gatorade that's unopened. It expired exactly 1 year ago.
How does a powder go bad? Should I make it anyway?

Full strength Gatorade makes me nauseous. (I have since found I'm not unique) As long as the powder is dry it should not make any difference

For what it's worth Succeed! is a betterer sport drink as far as anti hurling proerties go - it doesn't taste as good as gatoraid going down but you prolly won't taste it coming up.
Little known fact - if you alternate drinking red and blue power aid if you have to barf it up is still comes up grey / green not purple
