You know it's bad when you're calculating...

1) 8, six packs for $10

vs.

2) 3, 12 packs for $9

What would you have gotten? I was figuring that last night and this was a very big deal to me. Confused

Yes, coffee. Straight up and in my hand by 4:10 a.m. every week day or someone's gonna have a problem. No, not me!

caffeine free since 10/04

After taking a few health classes and seeing the research on the roller coaster fatigue effect of caffeine disrupting 'sleep structure' and then the need to have caffeine because of bad sleep, I learned a lot. It's really not a side effect free drug. Deep sleep (and i'm not just talking 'being asleep') can really get nuked by any caffeine or alcohol for that matter in a person's system.

Sure. But I'm pretty much down to 1 large mug of strong black coffee every morning. I stopped drinking coffee at work or in the evenings.

And PH - sorry man, but every type of green tea I've ever seen is caffeinated.

I'm not saying there's no caffeine, I'm just saying that I'm not addicted to it because green tea has a low amount of caffeine and that i don't drink that much of it.

I have about two cups in the morning and do my best to drink no caffeine the rest of the day.
