so this one got me thinking, WTH Bring them in. Enough people here already know about my skate racing and even ask, SOOOOO.
i have three races that meant a lot to me this year. Disney, the US 10K Classic and of course Athens to Atlanta ( A2A,also meaning the most)The US10k gives a desk clock as an award for age placements. so i put the Disney and A2A medals on the clock which now sets proudly and prominently on my desk

1st marathon shoes are hanging on the wall, with finish line dirt and grass still on them. I took them off as soon as I finished.

I saved the running shoes from momentous races from my career (much to the dismay of the lovely bride) My PR at the Broad Street, My Marathon, My first and only ½ marathon, my first and only age group win. They are hanging in the basement

Mine are kind of strewn about the house and garage. Medals and trophies here and there. I've got a few bibs lying around also including one on the floor of my truck. I suppose if I ever taken an AG award in a big race with some high profile runners I'd put some value on that and put it on display.

Cool idea. I still wear my first marathon shoes and about. I took pictures of all my shoes for my scrapbook that someday will get made. The pair I just retired is the worst looking of the bunch. Makes me .
