I can hold it on road trips. I can wait until Jake wakes up, or we go "just 30 more miles" or whatever. I think during our 12 hour trip to IN this summer I only took 3 breaks...
I did however end up with a terrible UTI the day after I got into IN, so now I don't hold it. Doc said that not going when you have to go is not a good thing.
