Do you think there are better sales on items now or after Christmas????
We finally decided on the digital camera we want, and wonder if we'll get the best deal on it now, or if we should wait until after Christmas???
Anyone know generally or have any experience with this on bigger ticket items????? Should we buy now or Dec. 26th????

most big ticket items are priced to sell now I believe. Either way though is fine. Especially if you get some cash or GC to spend at the store.

yeah, the big stuff is on sale now...
the "seasonal" stuff...like decorations and what not...the day after christmas is the day to shop for that stuff.

Hmmmm...sounds like we should go ahead and buy it. Which I was hoping for anyway so we can use it for all those Christmas pics!
I haven't found a huge price difference, can probably get for about $20 cheaper off the web rather than at a Best Buy type place, but I'm not sure if that's enough for me to worry about getting it through a crap place and that we'd have problems. So I'm not sure what we'll do. We did get our digital videocamera from an online store and it worked out great, but we were also saving $300 so we were more motivated....
