I think I've had it three times. Twice from a tray of appetizers and once in some sort of salad.

(2) Mountain oysters don't have hair...technically speaking. That would be the mountain oyster "container."
Having lived in the land of bullfights, I can tell you that crejadillas were available...after bullfights.
No hair.

I cut in half, then cut the ends off, then slice the skin off.
